This summer’s stifling heat will soon give way to cooler autumn temperatures.  
Come to the Chattahoochee Nature Center to experience the bounty of the season.

All Summer Camp advancement has been posted in Troopmaster and is now reflected for each scout on the Troop website under Troop Roster.  
Scouts are to meet with Mr. Sedgley when he returns in September to have their Scout handbooks updated with the Summer Camp advancements.
Congratulations to all for a very productive week at Summer Camp!

Troop Dues are due!!
(except for new members to Troop-955 since July 1, 2010)
2nd Half 2010 dues are due NOW. 
Some Scouts are still past due for dues payment January thru June ($40).  
Bring your dues checks to the next troop meeting. 

Only Scouts who did not participate in Summer Camp or the Philmont Expedition need to ensure that the new BSA Medical Form is submitted to the Scoutmaster as soon as possible.

This is a reminder that River Bend Gun Club will host an NRA smallbore light Rifle tournament on range MP2 on Saturday morning, August 7th.  The course of fire will be 60-shots, any sights, 50 feet, standing.
